I grew up navigating toxic cycles, emotional manipulation, and systems that promised healing but left me depleted. Despite years spent in therapy, pharmaceuticals, and self-help loops, true transformation only began when I reconnected with my spiritual terrain. A Reiki session in 2015 awakened something ancient in me, my Third Eye lit up, and my soul remembered. That moment sparked a journey of self-healing, energetic refinement, and creative reclamation. I returned to Reiki, rediscovered Tarot, and explored Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy℠ (QHHT®), clearing out everything that no longer served: toxic habits, processed food, outdated relationships, and energetic clutter. Bliss Frequency was born from that reclamation. A space to share Source-aligned transmissions and support others in remembering who they truly are.

Certified in Reiki levels I, II, and Master/Teacher through the Mikao Usui lineage.

I am currently working towards my Level 2 QHHT certification (nearly there!).
